Cinnamon Kofta Kebabs

Cinnamon Kofta Kebabs

- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 Tbsp grated shallot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1⁄2 tsp cumin
- 1⁄2 tsp allspice
- 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1⁄8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
- 24 cinnamon sticks

DIRECTIONS
Cinnamon Kofta Kebabs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine meat, shallot, garlic, parsley, spices, and pine nuts. Form the
mixture into torpedo- shaped logs, each about 1 heaping tablespoon. - Poke a cinnamon stick into it and squeeze until the meat covers about a third of the
cinnamon stick evenly. - Place on a rack set over a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
